RETURNS
All online purchases, CHADEE COUTURE will accept merchandise in it's original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice and attached tags. Full priced products must be returned within 30 days of delivery to CHADEE COUTURE.
Any product that has been used, worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Return of products will only be accepted if label's remains intact.
To the maximum amount permissible under applicable law, CHADEE COUTURE reserves the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above requirements in CHADEE COUTURE's sole discretion.
Merchandise returned to CHADEECOUTURE.COM will be processed within 8-10 business days from date of receipt. A confirmation receipt will be emailed to the customer once account is credited. Refunds will only be issued in the same form the original payment was purchased. The original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Easy to follow return shipping instructions will be provided to ensure prompt refund processing and an email will be sent to the email on file once merchandise is returned and refund is posted to account.
Do you provide International delivery?
We ship internationally. Shipping charges, custom duties and all applicable taxes and surcharges to be paid by the customer.
How do I return an item?
A return label will be included with your shipping invoice, please attach and secure merchandise safely so it arrives back to our facility in good condition.
What is your returns policy?
Exchange and 30 day return policy with all tags attached to clothing.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided via email you provided once merchandise is shipped. Customer can simply log on to the carrier's website to track order.
